Greater Houston Stamp Show Announces 2026 Event at Humble Civic Center
The Greater Houston Stamp Show (GHSS), presented by the Houston Philatelic Society, will return to the Humble Civic Center on September 18–20, 2026, continuing its long tradition as one of the premier philatelic events in the region. The 2025 show welcomed approximately 500 attendees over three days, and organizers are preparing another engaging and educational weekend for collectors of all interests and experience levels.
The show is designed first and foremost for collectors. Approximately 26 professional stamp dealers are expected, offering a wide range of material for beginners through advanced collectors. Attendees can explore classic and modern postage stamps, postal history, covers, and complete collections from around the world, enjoy over 1,200 pages of exhibits, attend planned educational seminars, and participate in the welcoming community atmosphere that has defined GHSS for decades. Admission and parking are free, and snacks, beverages, and lunch will be available on site.
Collectors interested in exhibiting are encouraged to participate. Competitive and non-competitive exhibits are welcome, and both new and experienced exhibitors are invited to share their collections and research with the public. The Exhibition Prospectus and entry information are available here:
The popular Beginner’s Booth will again feature special giveaways for youth, helping introduce the next generation to the hobby. The Awards Banquet is planned for Saturday evening.
