Houston Philatelic Society Auction Rules

  1. To buy or sell in the auction, you must be an HPS member with current dues paid in full.
  2. All auction items should be related to philately (stamp collecting). This includes stamps, postcards, supplies, literature, etc.
  3. Each member may submit up to two personal lots for auction, as well as additional lots with proceeds benefiting either the HPS or the GHSS
  4. Exact change is appreciated. Checks are not accepted except when written to a single seller for purchases over $100.
  5. Each item should be listed on an HPS Auction Sheet.
